Learn More About TotSquat™

TotSquat is a unique potty that works with your child's natural instincts. Regular potties force sitting, but TotSquat lets kids squat—the way humans have gone for thousands of years.

Most potties force kids to sit which isn’t natural-parents have to teach it.  That’s potty training.

TotSquat lets kids “skip” potty training because it's made for squatting-how kids already know to go.

TotSquat is built and sized for toddlers: The base is just a few inches off the ground, so kids can squat deep and steady. The handles help guide them safely down.

Most kids use it right out of the box. No teaching needed. Just squat and go.

Using TotSquat is simple:

  1. Put in a  liner bag in the potty.
  2. Put TotSquat on the floor for stability.
  3. Let your child squat naturally using the handles for support.

No training needed—kids already know how to squat!

Children pick it up quickly because it feels natural to them:

Most kids learn in as little as 1-2 weeks with regular use.
Works with instincts for easy learning.
Faster learning than regular potties.

The full “potty by myself” kit includes:

  • TotSquat potty

  • Go Potty with TotSquat board book — simple words, real photos, made just for toddlers

  • 1 box of biodegradable liner bags — no mess, easy clean-up

Because kids already know how to go.

All animals go without being taught — that includes humans.

Regular potty teaches kids to sit and hold it, which goes against what their body knows.

TotSquat works with their instincts, not against them. So no teaching needed. Just let them squat and go.

Not really. Once kids can walk and squat, they’re ready to go on their own.

Diapers just delay that.

Before disposable diapers (and diaper marketing), kids went without them—and they learned faster.

TotSquat gives them the chance to do the same.

Yes. Diapers delay potty independence.

A diaper is just a toilet kids wear.

For babies, it makes sense. But once a child can walk and squat, they don’t need one.

Using diapers after that teaches kids it’s normal to go in them.

Diaper companies want kids to stay in diapers as long as possible..

The fastest way out? Go diaper-free more often. Show kids they can go in a potty, not a diaper.

  • $3,000+ spent on diapers

  • 7,000–8,000 diapers used

  • 3.5 years to potty independence

  • Parents unsure when to start

  • Tiring and stressful

  • Sitting and diapers confuse kids

Most kids take 3.5 years to ditch diapers. That’s about 7,000–8,000 diapers and $3,000+ gone. Many aren’t fully out until age 4. Parents often don’t know when to start, and potty training feels stressful and hard. This leads to delays, confusion, and frustration for everyone.

TotSquat changes that with the “potty by myself” kit:

  • Ditch diapers in half the time — done before age 2

  • Squatting is natural, so kids skip potty “training”

  • Better for kids and the planet — fewer diapers, less waste

  • Start as soon as your child can walk and squat

  • Lets kids go on their own from day one

  • No stress for parents

No kid wants to go in their diaper. Even babies cry when they’re wet or dirty.  Diapers make sense for babies who can’t walk.  But once a child can walk and squat, they’re ready to go on their own.

TotSquat is best for kids who can walk and squat on their own, usually by 12-18 months.

Works earlier – No need to wait until age 2 or 3.
Follows natural readiness – Uses your child’s instincts.
Grows with them – Suitable from 1 to 4-5 years.

Yes. Waiting too long can cause problems.

Studies show older kids are more likely to wet the bed, hold in poop, and fight with parents about using the potty.

Starting early helps avoid all that.

Potty training is a made-up problem.

Western culture, pushed by the diaper industry, made it seem hard and something to delay.

They say kids can’t do it on their own. But that’s not true.

Before diapers took over in the 1960s, most kids were done by 18 months.

In most parts of the world, kids are potty independent by age 1.

Diaper companies make billions keeping parents stuck in the cycle.

Sitting can cause problems like:

  • Constipation

  • Straining

  • Incomplete poops

  • Withholding

  • Delays in potty independence

Sitting isn’t natural. It must be taught. Humans only started sitting when toilets were invented.

Potty delays usually come from parents, not kids.

Once kids can walk and squat (around 12–18 months), they’re ready.

But many parents feel nervous or dread the idea of potty training.

Surveys show most parents fear the process and often put it off.

TotSquat makes it simple, natural, and stress-free.
